Jung said "I'd rather be whole than good." I have always believed that if we cannot see who we truly are, we stumble around, reacting to life instead of directing it. If we do not acknowledge who we are, we eventually begin to live life as a ghost, caught up in what others want for us, what's practical, trying hard to be nice and considerate and good, believing that we must sacrifice in order to accomplish those things. We become stuck in this momentum of just existing and not living.

Much of what people are generally exposed to from modern astrology is very descriptive. It tells us that Leos are always the life of the party, and that Capricorns are cold and business-like. I bet we all know someone who is a Leo or a Capricorn that don't fit their supposed astrological description. On the flip side, even if you were this Leo or Capricorn person who fit their typical descriptions, of what use is it to describe your personality traits, other than being kind of amusing?

Deborah Wilson

Deborah is a teacher and a healer by nature. Although she started her career in the healing arts as a graduate from USC Dental School and used her teaching and healing gifts in that field for 16 years, her path changed when she had a life altering illness and subsequent profound encounter with the angels. With their loving presence they guided and inspired her to heal her body completely and remind her that she had actually been counseling and providing healing guidance along with them since she was 12 years old. Finally, she attended midwifery school for her graduate education, becoming a certified nurse-midwife and gynecology nurse-practitioner.
